Cops said that Chris Brown and others were playing hoops at the Palms Casino Resort at about 3.am Monday. When a fight broke out and Chris punched an unidentified man, the victim prepared to defend himself and was hit by another man who was with Chris Brown.
Violent crime squad detectives responded but reported that Brown was not available to speak with them. Chris Brown is under summons to appear in Clark County Justice Court and have the option of signing a citation or facing prosecution. The cops said he hasn't responded yet.
Chris Brown settled a lawsuit late last month over similar altercation at a gym in Los Angeles in 2013.
