Eight people have been injured as a result of a building under construction that collapse within the Emir's palace. According to a police officer, the victims were taken to a nearby hospital.
The cause of the collapse was due to an architectural blunder, most of these collapse we experience in Nigeria today are mostly architectural blunders. Some use substandard materials to build, while some use foundations designed for bungalows and convert to story buildings which now put too much pressure on the foundation that result to building collapse.
